Kristin S. Campbell

Kristin Campbell is an entrepreneur, business leader, and community advocate based in DeWitt, Iowa. She brings a strong foundation in engineering, business strategy, and financial stewardship to her role as a Board Director for the Better Health Foundation.

Kristin earned her undergraduate degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Kansas State University, where she developed a systems-based approach to problem solving, process improvement, and operational efficiency. She later earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, further strengthening her expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

Prior to transitioning from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship, Kristin held professional roles at Boeing, Ertl Toy Company, and John Deere, where she gained deep experience in operations, supply management and large-scale organizational environments. These roles shaped her analytical approach, discipline in execution, and appreciation for long-term, systems-driven thinking.

Following her corporate career, Kristin began what she considers her 'Act II,' founding and leading multiple locally focused businesses across wellness, hospitality, agriculture, and real estate. Her work has included capital project development, long-term financial planning, partnership management, and mission-driven entrepreneurship, all with an emphasis on sustainability and community impact.

Kristin is a strong advocate for preventative care, accessible health education, and whole-person wellness. She brings a practical, data-informed, and collaborative perspective to board service, informed by both her professional background and her commitment to community well-being.

She is the mother of three adult children who live in North Carolina, Iowa, and Kentucky. Kristin is honored to support the Better Health Foundation’s mission and its efforts to improve health outcomes throughout the broader Quad Cities region.
